Working prototype or MVP. It is no longer just an idea in your head, but something that can be tested. The technology and model should be scalable.
Early market validation. This could be early users, pilot partners, or minimal revenue (early traction).
At least regional, but preferably global vision. The goal is the international market.
Industry-agnostic. We are interested in a good team, a scalable product, and a large market, not labels. Whether it's AI, SaaS, deep tech, or sustainability, we are open to it.
We typically invest in companies registered in the US or EU.
If we say yes, you will receive the following:
Typically around EUR 25,000–100,000 in the first round.
We are flexible. It can be equity or a convertible note. Need money fast? A short-term bridge loan is also possible
In addition to capital, an education and mentoring package worth up to HUF 10 million with STRT Academy courses so that your knowledge scales with the company.
We actively seek co-investment opportunities with other angels and VCs, and we typically participate in syndicated investments with an open and collaborative investment strategy. If you have a strong lead investor, we are likely to join the round.
We invest in our best portfolio companies in later rounds to ensure continued growth.
We invest in equity, SAFE, and convertible structures.
